Spanish Oxtails (Braised in Red Wine & Vegetables)
This Spanish-style oxtail braise brings rich red wine, fire-roasted tomatoes, sweet peppers, and aromatics together into a deep, complex sauce. The oxtails become fall-off-the-bone tender as they simmer for hours, absorbing every layer of flavor. Blind-friendly tactile cues guide each step, making the process intuitive and accessible. Serve with rice (turmeric rice is perfect) to soak up all that savory goodness.
